We are currently looking for an experienced Test Manager.
As Test Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating and executing test activities for clients. You are the link between team, technology and organization. You understand when structure is needed and when a personal approach makes the difference. Experience is welcome, but above all we are looking for someone who listens sharply, communicates clearly and switches with confidence at every level – from team floor to management.
The role of test manager at Beround is unique because of the warm contacts and partnerships we maintain with clients. As a result, you don’t just come to do an assignment, but are a full part of the client’s team. From executive tasks, to strategic level. In both national and international contexts. Together we make sure that you get an assignment that suits you.
You will work closely with colleagues and clients, with plenty of freedom to use your expertise and develop further.
What you will do:
Preparation of structured and feasible test plans and strategies
Coordinate and support test teams
Advise on process improvements and software quality
Building customer relationships based on trust
Choose your own path: executive, strategic or program management
You not only work for clients, but also on your own development – in a way that suits you.

What you bring
HBO or WO degree
Experience as Test Manager or Test Coordinator – We are looking for someone who knows when structure is needed, and when flexibility makes the difference. Someone who listens, acts and connects.
Experience with testing strategies, risk assessments and schedules
Results-oriented, with an eye for people and processes
Strong in communication in both Dutch and English
TMap and/or ISTQB certified
What we offer you
A market-based salary between €4,500 and €6,000.
