Simone de Rie is responsible for leading Beround’s AI curriculum.
With over 30 years of experience as an executive in international business, executive coach, AI strategist, innovator, and trainer, she brings a unique blend of vision, hands-on expertise, and a deeply human approach.
Her diverse background forms the foundation of our training philosophy: strategic yet practical, forward-looking yet accessible, and always focused on the human side of learning and innovation.

About our trainings
Our trainings are carefully designed not only to transfer knowledge but also to create space for reflection, collaboration, and personal growth.
Here’s what defines our approach:
- 1. Time for true learning
The Foundation Training lasts 7 weeks, and the Leadership Practitioner Training spans 4 months — giving ample time for the content to truly sink in and for participants to grow on both the intellectual and personal levels.
When needed, additional online or in-person catch-up sessions can be arranged.

We combine online sessions with in-person meetings, so participants benefit from both flexibility and personal connection.
- 3. Individual and collaborative learning
You’ll work on individual assignments as well as team projects — a dynamic mix of independent study and co-creation.

Our content is sharp, relevant, and delivered with enthusiasm — because learning should be both inspiring and fun.

About our Inspiration Sessions
Our inspiration sessions are designed to make AI accessible, understandable, and truly inspiring — for every audience.
- 1. Always tailor-made
Each session is customized to the target group, matching the participants’ knowledge level, interests, and context.
- 2. Space for depth and reflection
With a minimum duration of two hours, there’s enough time to explore topics in depth, while leaving room for interaction and reflection.
- 3. Interactive and stimulating
We use tools like ChatGPT live during the session, blending education, creativity, and imagination — learning through curiosity and play.
- 4. Professionally facilitated
Each session is led by two experienced inspiration facilitators, supported by a technical or logistical co-host to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.
